The Severn Valley Railway, held a Season Finale Steam Gala, over the first weekend of November. I visited on the Sunday, which was a day of mixed weather. GWR (ex-Port Talbot Railway) 0-6-0ST 813 is seen above departing Hampton Loade in the beautiful morning sunlight, the fresh form overhaul locomotive was the star of the show for myself; alongside the East Lancs Crab 13065 which looked magnificent at the head of the rake of LMS coaches.
